In a shaking tin 1/2 full of ice, add:
0.5 oz Spicy Margarita Maven Drinking Vinegar
2oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
2 dashes Bitter Bottle Cardamom bitters
1 tbsp hot honey
Shake well and strain over ice in rocks glass
Top with 4 oz pineapple Spindrift
Flip drink to ensure everything is well mixed
garnish with lime wedge and jalapeño
